1. Overview: These Terms of Service govern your use of Precision32 and the purchase of products from our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Made-to-Order Products: All prints are produced to order by our certified print production partner. Each piece is created specifically for you upon purchase. As a result, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of production defects or damage in transit.

3. Intellectual Property: All artwork, images, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Precision32. Purchase of a print grants you a personal, non-commercial license to display the work. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution in any form is strictly prohibited.

4. Limited Editions: Where applicable, edition sizes are strictly enforced. Each limited edition print is numbered and will not be reprinted beyond the stated edition cap.

5. Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in USD. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

6. Production & Shipping: Production times vary by edition and are noted on each product listing. Shipping is free within the United States and is handled by our print production partner. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

7. Limitation of Liability: Precision32 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.

8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

9. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
