1. Overview: These Terms of Service govern your access to Precision32 (precision32.net) and the purchase of artwork from our store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Made-to-Order Production & Returns: Every artwork is produced strictly made-to-order on museum-grade Hahnemühle archival fine art paper using professional pigment printing systems. Because every piece is custom-printed upon acquisition, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your shipment arrives damaged in transit or exhibits a verified production defect, you must notify us at contact@precision32.net within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery with photographic documentation of both the exterior packaging and the affected prints to initiate a replacement claim.

3. Intellectual Property & Display Rights: All artwork, images, digital renderings, text, and catalog content on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Precision32. Acquisition of an artwork grants you a personal, non-commercial license to display the physical prints. Reproduction, digitization, scanning, resale for commercial reproduction, or unauthorized redistribution in any form is strictly prohibited.

4. Singular 1-of-1 Artwork Sets: All artworks are produced strictly as unique 1-of-1 sets consisting of four individual borderless prints. Once a four-print artwork set is acquired, it is permanently retired—no secondary editions, reprints, or alternative sizes will ever be produced or offered for sale.

5. Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in USD. Payment is collected in full at checkout via our secure, encrypted payment gateway. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to production dispatch, in which case a prompt, full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Production, Inspection & Shipping: Production and archival curing require 7–10 business days prior to dispatch. Complimentary insured ground courier shipping with signature confirmation is included for all orders within the contiguous United States. A tracking number will be provided immediately upon carrier dispatch.

7. Product Format & Delivery: All artworks are sold and delivered strictly as unframed, borderless archival paper prints. Precision32 does not provide mounting, framing, hanging hardware, or on-site installation services. Any framing, handling, mounting, or arrangement of the prints is the sole responsibility of the customer. Precision32 is not liable for damage occurring during third-party framing, mounting, unboxing, or customer handling.

8. Limitation of Liability: Precision32 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase, unboxing, handling, framing, or display of our products.

9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
